1. Event Registration & Payment
1.1. By completing the registration form and submitting payment, you agree to attend the Winter Leadership Power-Up event on 13 June at Chateau on the Park, Christchurch.
1.2. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with event details.
1.3 Physical tickets will not be issued. Your name will be on the registration list, and a name tag will be provided at the door upon check-in.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellations received 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future event.
2.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows unless there are exceptional circumstances.
2.4. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

3. Event Conduct & Participation
3.1. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
3.2. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

4. Photography & Media Consent
4.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website, future events).
4.2. If you do not wish to be included in event photography, please inform the event staff upon arrival or email lana@humanimpact.co.nz in advance.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
5.1. Your personal information is collected for event administration and communication purposes only.
5.2. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
5.3. You may opt out of post-event communications at any time by emailing lana@humanimpact.co.nz.

6. Liability
6.1. The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and well-being while attending.

7. Accessibility
7.1. The event venue is located on the second floor of Chateau on the Park. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance at lana@humanimpact.co.nz so we can ensure suitable arrangements are in place.
